Description
Everyone living in Finland knows Mämmi.
Its a traditional Easter dessert made with rye.
It takes at least 5 hours to make and has a very distinct flavor.
Its not too sweet, its not too salty, its Mämmi.
In this course you will learn how to create a stunning fine dining pavlova style dessert using this traditional dessert.
The course will take 2 hours and be held via Zoom on the 06.03.2022 from 15:00-17:00 (EET).
You receive the recipe of the dish two days before the course as well as detailed instructions and ingredients.
You are encouraged to ask questions and participate actively, but it is not required.
