The courses in Turku will take place in our kitchen in a small group setting of a maximum of six people. The duration is set between three and four hours, if not stated otherwise in the course description. You will be supplied with all the necessary cooking utensils, like an apron, knives, chopping boards as well as all the ingredients required to prepare the dishes. You are welcome to bring some containers in case there is some leftover food.

The course will start with a short introduction followed by the theory around the dish and its cultural background. We will then explain the techniques used during the preparation of this meal before we start with the cooking process together.

Everyone will be actively involved in creating the dishes, so you gain your first hands on experience creating this new recipe. You are welcome to ask questions every step of the way and we are looking forward to creating and eating some amazing food together.
